Terms & Conditions - the basics
The legal parameters outlined in these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between MMMA, the operator of this digital platform, and all individuals or entities utilizing our services. These provisions govern the professional relationship and contractual obligations between the agency and its clientele. By engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to the following established protocols:
• Remittance of the total service fee (100%) is mandatory prior to the start of each month.
• Financial transactions must be conducted via Net Banking or Cheque, payable to MIRCHI MIND MEDIA AGENCY.
• Clients are legally obligated to transmit TDS certificates to mirchimindmedia@gmail.com without delay. Failure to submit required documentation may result in statutory penalties or legal action.
• All transactions are categorized as final; consequently, we do not provide refunds or facilitate campaign extensions.
• Billing initiation is determined by the date of a formal Purchase Order, written electronic confirmation, or the campaign launch date.
• For Outdoor (OOH) and Digital Outdoor (DOOH) media, illumination is restricted to 23:00 PM in strict accordance with the mandates of the Telangana government.
• MMMA assumes no liability for the content of media assets, intellectual property disputes, regulatory compliance, or subsequent changes to government policy.
• Photographic evidence for print media verification will be provided to the client upon the conclusion of the campaign.
• Initial installation for OOH campaigns is provided at no cost; however, any subsequent maintenance, updates, or repairs necessitated by external factors will be billed per square foot to the client.
• The agency is not responsible for damages to advertising infrastructure caused by meteorological conditions, environmental factors, or sudden policy shifts.
• Digital displays will operate strictly within the authorized timeframes provided.
• DOOH Advertising Policy: Slots are allocated for 10-second durations and will run according to the schedule confirmed by the client.
• No extensions regarding DOOH screen time will be granted without formal email authorization.
• Proprietary IP addresses or URLs for DOOH systems will not be shared with external agencies.
• All DOOH creative material must receive formal approval from MMMA before being displayed.
• Any legal disputes arising from these services shall be adjudicated exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad.
